Board and Manager Positions and Responsibilities
President
Shall lead and supervise all executive board members
Shall act as official spokesperson for CEO
Shall supervise, train, and mentor Chief Operations Officer
Shall be direct correspondent for all advisors
Shall facilitate personal reviews for each executive board member
Shall be responsible for the chapter’s participation in the National Conference
Shall oversee all external business ventures
Shall present all gifts and awards
Shall facilitate executive board meetings including preparing agendas
Shall present all competition awards
Shall supervise and assist with chapter programming
Shall assist with developing next semester’s budget
Shall lead all fundraising efforts to achieve fundraising goals
Shall write executive summary for the End of Semester and Annual Chapter Reports
Shall be spokesperson for all competition matters
Shall maintain campus recognition
Shall be responsible for executive board End of Semester Awards
Shall maintain all room reservations
Shall proactively recruit incoming speakers

Shall administer the duties of President in the absence of the President

Manage Planning for High School Business Plan Competition

Shall keep track of attendance

Shall be responsible to order raffle tickets and plan to sell raffle tickets
Shall create the finance report for the End of Semester and Annual Chapter Reports
Shall be responsible for National Conference sign-up, hotel reservation, airfare, and transportation at the conference
Shall be responsible for SUFAC budget and meeting
Responsible for all student reimbursements
VICE PRESIDENT OF FUNDRAISING
Shall come up with fundraising ideas and fundraising goals

VICE PRESIDENT OF SPONSORSHIPS
Shall support CEO by reaching out to businesses and successful professionals to obtain sponsorships

Shall work with the Chief Financial Officer to set the current and future budget

Shall be responsible for all marketing materials, including flyers, commercials, newsletters, digital signage, etc.
Shall lead, supervise, and support the Vice President of Web Design, Vice President of Graphic Design and Vice President of Marketing Innovation
Shall create marketing report for End of Semester and Annual Chapter Reports
Send sponsors thank you gifts
Collaboration with CoBE/Media Relations for CoBE newsletters, social media accounts, etc.
Content Marketing - Working with current entrepreneurs to start CEO content blog
VICE PRESIDENT OF WEB DESIGN
Shall update CEO website on a weekly basis with upcoming meetings and events
Shall be responsible for website development & maintenance

Shall create an 8.5 by 11 inch paper flyer and table flyer (1/4 of a page) weekly to promote the upcoming meeting or event

Shall manage social media efforts (posting and responding to posts) such as posting about meetings and events, updating social media contents, etc.
Shall do one post on social media on each sponsor at least once per year

Shall lead, supervise, and support the Vice President of Reservations, Vice President of Bylaws and Vice President of Food & Beverage
Shall work with faculty adviser to secure funding for rewards

Shall work with Chief Public Relations Officer and Chief Marketing Offer to promote events
Shall be responsible for the Warhawk Business Plan Competition and Elevator Pitch Competition (See Project Plan)
Shall maintain records for that semester’s competition
Shall be responsible for gifts for judges and finalists
VICE PRESIDENT OF RESERVATIONS
Shall reserve locations for all CEO Competitions determined by Advisors and Chief Competitions Officer

Shall establish, understand and enforce the ruling of all competitions

Shall be in charge of assisting the Chief Competitions Officer in all food and beverage matters for every competition such as reserving catering services or collaborating with outside food companies

Shall lead, supervise, and support the Vice President of Involvement and Vice President of Socials
Shall assist with the Involvement Fair
